The light rail project has benefitted by slowing traffic and pedestrianising CBD areas around George St.
Unfortunately, discussions in disability groups have highlighted concerns.
Back in December 2019, Disability group voices concerns over new city light rail was raised and published by the Sydney Morning Herald outlined issues with tactile ground indicator tiles around platform edges.
Hopefully these incidents are received by Transport for NSW to be addressed as soon as possible.
