Cycling and Walking Australia and New Zealand (CWANZ)

WalkSydney is a member of this Australasian lead reference group for walking and bike riding on transport and recreation networks. Members include senior and executive level leaders from all Australian state and territory transport agencies, New Zealand Transport Agency, local government representatives and leading advocacy groups and peak bodies for walking, cycling, health and mobility.

International Federation of Pedestrians (IFP)

WalkSydney is a voting member of IFP, a network of non-profit associations and individuals from all over the world, working for pedestrians and liveable public space. 

Action for Public Transport (NSW) (APTNSW)

APTNSW is a transport consumer advocacy group, operating around Sydney.

BikeSydney , Bicycle NSW

Cycling advocacy groups working with City of Sydney and the NSW Government.

Friends of Iron Cove Creek

Local group advocating for a new walking and cycling path over the existing canal from Ashfield Aquatic Centre to the Bay Run at Iron Cove.

Glebe Island Bridge

Group which wants Glebe Island Bridge open to pedestrian and cycle traffic.

Friends of Erskineville

Friends of Erskineville is a residents action group for the Erskineville Community. Among other things they support additional pedestrian entrances to train stations.

Safe Streets to School

Community campaign to create safer streets within the walking catchment of schools in Australia with various chapters in Greater Sydney.
